Highlighted projects
FRANKFURT WESTSIDE – Break New Ground
To the west of the city centre, on the northern bank of the Main, Frankfurt's largest mixed commercial and industrial quarter is being built on a site with tradition and history: FRANKFURT WESTSIDE. A visionary commercial and industrial quarter is being created on an area of around 73 hectares, offering precisely tailored space, rooms and solutions for your company - whether a traditional medium-sized business, a large international growth company or a small, modern start-up.
Eco-Campus Paris West – the office of tomorrow
The "Eco-Campus Paris West" real estate complex perfectly embodies the office of tomorrow. Developed by Nexity on behalf of two funds managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers, it is located in La Garenne-Colombes, the natural extension of La Défense in the west of Paris. The campus benefits from the dynamism of Europe's leading business district and, with over 6,000 square metres of terraces and a 16,000-square-metre park, as well as numerous on-site facilities for daily needs, will provide a pleasant working environment for future tenants upon completion.
