The “Ahornpark” in Wohlen supports self-determined and barrier-free living in 58 apartments. The new building is centrally located and well connected to leisure facilities, shops and workplaces in the area.

Over the past two years, a new building has been constructed in the centre of Wohlen, featuring 58 apartments on the upper floors, commercial space on the ground floor, and a three-storey underground car park. The plot of land was previously home to a car park for Credit Suisse employees and clients. The park in front of the bank building has been retained.

“Ahornpark” offers a home for all generations. The property has been awarded the LEA (Living Every Age) Gold certification, which ensures housing standards for people with reduced mobility. Cooperating closely with the project, bonacasa AG provides a range of home services to ensure greater comfort and security. These services include a hotline, a residents’ app and a concierge service offering assistance with apartment cleaning, transport and food deliveries as well as other help. This enables residents to lead a self-determined life. There are also advantages outside the apartments, with a generous roof garden and communal area available to the residents for shared use and socialising.

The fact that the apartments were fully let when they first became available for occupancy at the beginning of October 2022 is a sure sign of the property’s appeal. The residential complex is also set in attractive surroundings. A shopping centre is located directly adjacent to “Ahornpark”. Wohlen station is just a few minutes’ walk away, which also guarantees access to various workplaces and leisure activities outside the village of Wohlen.
