Strategic Business Development Senior Advisor - Swiss Life Asset Managers France

Frédéric Bôl has over 40 years experience in the financial and real estate markets. He worked as a fixed-income manager before becoming President of the Management Board of Prado Epargne, where he introduced SRI management. He was then appointed Deputy Managing Director of the Premalliance Group. In 2007, he helped define the new OPCI vehicle and founded Swiss Life Asset Managers France, of which he has been President of the Executive Board. In 2024, he was appointed Vice-President of the Supervisory Board and Senior Advisor for Strategic Development, Swiss Life Asset Managers France. At the same time, he again became President of ASPIM.

Johanna Capoani holds an Engineering degree, specialized in civil engineering (ESTP). She is member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Johanna has developed specific expertise in hotel real estate in Europe in all its forms, including open-air hotels and heads up the Hospitality Competence Center for Swiss Life Asset Managers France since 2013. This Competence Center currently manages more than 100 hotel assets in Europe, entrusted to over 30 operators and draws on an experienced team from the hospitality industry, a real plus when it comes to selecting the best assets to acquire and monitoring their performance. Before she was Senior Project Manager at Accor from 2008 to 2013. Johanna was Senior Consultant at Icade Conseil during 6 years then Head of Acquisitions at Hammerson France during 3 years.

Head of Research and Innovation - Swiss Life Asset Managers France

Béatrice Guedj has been Head of Research and innovation at Swiss Life Asset Managers France since 2018. She is specialized in the design of the strategic and tactical allocation, including real estate. Béatrice was Managing Director Strategy & Research at Grosvenor Fund Management from 2004 to 2016, overseeing Continental Europe. She was Managing Director at IEIF, the French Flagship Institution dedicated to listed and non listed vehicles across Europe. Béatrice holds a PhD in Quantitative Economics. She is qualified as a Fellow of Institut Louis Bachelier, an International Academic Financial Network since 2020. Béatrice has various scientific publications related to real estate vehicles, she also publishes in industry magazines. She sits at the French National Body of the ESG Label, given her expertise in real estate as well as in finance. Béatrice is a Board Member of Finance Innovation, the official body of Proptechs in France.

Viktoria Hoffmann is fund and portfolio manager of a pan-European residential fund for Swiss Life Asset Managers in Germany. She has more than 10 years of experience in various European residential markets. Since joining Swiss Life AM in 2020, she has built up a residential fund to around EUR 1 billion AuM, invested in 6 countries and 35 properties. Previously, she worked for Bouwfonds and Catella and managed the first open-ended residential fund with investments across Europe. She specialises in residential assets, setting up European structures, and has a strong pan-European network, which she has built through years of experience working across various markets.

Fabrice Lombardo has been Head of Real Estate Activities and a member of the Executive Board of Swiss Life Asset Managers France since 2019. Until the merger of Swiss Life Asset Management (France) and Swiss Life REIM (France), he was Head of Structuring & Portfolio Management and a member of the Associate Executive Board of Swiss Life REIM (France) since 2007, when he joined Swiss Life Asset Managers. Fabrice is a qualified actuary from the Institut de Science Financière et d'Assurance (ISFA). He also holds a CFA Charter Holder qualification.

Valérie Maréchal joined Swiss Life Asset Managers in 2016. She oversees the entire investment process for the Resi&Care funds. The ongoing monitoring, knowledge of the sector, close relationships with operators and long-term partnerships enable her team to develop the Resi&Care offer consistently with trends and new property uses, while placing SRI at the heart of their approach. Valérie was Head of the Life Sciences France team at WESTLB AG during 4 years, then Head of Transaction Management at Hypothekenbank Frankfurt AG during 12 years.

After studying architecture at the University of Kaiserslautern, Holger Matheis gained his first professional experience in various architectural companies. In 2003, he also completed his studies in Real Estate Economics at the European Business School. He joined BEOS AG, which is part of Swiss Life Asset Managers in 2006, first as head of the Hamburg office, then for the Cologne and Berlin offices. After ten years with the company, he was appointed to the Executive Board, where he was mainly responsible for the areas of project development and construction management, human resources, legal, marketing and communication, compliance and business transformation, as well as the BEOS location in Frankfurt am Main. In 2021, Holger Matheis also assumed the role of Spokesman of the Executive Board. He has been CEO of Swiss Life Asset Managers in Germany and a member of the Swiss Life Asset Managers Executive Committee in this capacity since 1 July 2023.

Philippe Rossini has close to 15 years' experience in real estate, with a focus on hospitality assets in Europe. He joined Swiss Life Asset Managers France in 2016 as an asset manager, overseeing the management of hospitality assets. Since 2019, Philippe has been Head of Hospitality Portfolio Management. Prior to this, Philippe acquired solid experience as a consultant in the real estate and hotel sectors, firstly at Jones Lang Lasalle Hotels, then at KPMG, where he worked on value enhancement and strategy for hospitality projects. Philippe began his career in hospitality management, before specializing in finance and asset management. He holds an MBA in Hotel Real Estate & Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School.

Ingo Steves is Managing Partner Logistics at Swiss Life Asset Managers and draws on years of experience as an investor/developer in logistics real estate. Prior to founding the joint venture with Stephan Bone-Winkel in 2020, he was Managing Director of investment manager GLP, formerly Gazeley. Most recently, he was Managing Director for Northern Europe, including Chief Operating Officer for Europe and China, when Gazeley was still owned by Brookfield.
