Swiss Life Asset Managers has partnered with Westwind Capital to acquire a portfolio comprising more than 1,400 student housing beds across three major Spanish university cities. The investment advances Swiss Life Asset Managers’ European value-add living strategy through collaboration with experienced sector specialists and local partners.
The portfolio comprises purpose-built student accom-modation assets in Madrid, Valencia and Granada. The properties will continue to be operated by Vibe Stay,a specialist student housing operator.
The investment forms part of Swiss Life Asset Manag-ers’ broader strategy to expand its European value-add platform through partnerships and co-investments with leading local and sector specialists.
