About the property
An attractively designed, versatile logistics centre with more than 156 000 square metres of rental space is being built on a 290 000 square-metre greenfield site. The warehouse space of around 135 800 square metres is divided into 14 halls. The property also has 10 groundlevel driveways. The mezzanine area spans 13 900 square metres, with 6300 square metres of office and social space planned. In addition to a car park, employees have 52 car parking spaces and 30 truck parking spaces available on site. The logistics property meets the highest ESG standards. There are plans for photovoltaic systems on the roof, heat pumps and facade greening and flower meadows designed to benefit the climate balance. We are aiming to achieve BREEAM “Very Good” certification.
