FRANKFURT WESTSIDE – Break New Ground
To the west of the city centre, on the northern bank of the Main, Frankfurt's largest mixed commercial and industrial quarter is being built on a site with tradition and history: FRANKFURT WESTSIDE. A visionary commercial and industrial quarter is being created on an area of around 73 hectares, offering precisely tailored space, rooms and solutions for your company - whether a traditional medium-sized business, a large international growth company or a small, modern start-up.
Our platform for high-quality logistics real estate
As an investor, developer and holder of logistics, distribution and commercial real estate, Swiss Life Asset Managers offers a comprehensive range of services. Our customers benefit from our in-depth knowledge of the sector, our strong and established global networks and the long-term commitment of the Swiss Life Group. Amongst other things, we are developing large logistics halls and distribution centres, revitalising wasteland and erecting objects for city logistics.
D.STRICT in Düsseldorf – an urbane und versatile city quarter
In Düsseldorf-Flingern, Swiss Life Asset Managers is realising a forward-looking neighbourhood development on a site area of 73,200 square metres. Swiss Life Asset Managers acquired the site in summer 2022. "D.STRICT" is an urban quarter in a prime location that combines living and working with gastronomy, retail and local recreational facilities. Around 1500 new appartements will be built here from 2026. With a commercial share of 25 per cent, the innovative concept envisages a lively new district with a modern mix of uses.
Corporate Solution
Many corporates still rely upon real estate property ownership, often for traditional or emotional reasons. This, however, makes no sense from an economic perspective, as the requirements for space are changing ever more rapidly and owner-occupied corporate real estate is increasingly becoming an obstacle for their purposes. Additionally, real estate ownership ties up capital and human resources - both of which corporates are generally better off investing into their core businesses. Because we understand the way corporates think and act, we can respond in a timely and professional manner to catering for their changing real estate requirements - providing them with as much freedom as they require and the security that they need. Possible approaches here include sale, sale & lease back (SALB) or a built-to-suit (BTS) development project.
