Jean-Pierre Grimaud joined Swiss Life in 2002, when he became CIO and member of the management board of SL France.
2008 he was appointed as Head TPAM business for Swiss Life Group.

Marcel Finker is heading the business units Investment Solutions and Business Development Group. He is member of the executive board of Swiss Life AM Switzerland.
In 2007 he was appointed as Chairman of the Swiss and Luxembourg fund management companies. Marcel Finker joined Swiss Life Group end of 2001.

Marcel Finker began his career in 1985 at Zurcher Kantonalbank. He subsequently held various management positions in Private Banking and Product Development. Prior to this he was head financial consulting at Calleo Consulting AG.

He studied at the Business School of Zurich where he graduated with federal diplomas in banking and marketing. Additionally he completed the Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of St.Gallen and attended the Senior Executive Program at IMD Business School in Lausanne.

Eric Bourguignon joined Swiss Life AM in 2009. He is the Head of the Fixed Income team Europe of Swiss Life AM, and Deputy CEO of Swiss Life AM France.
Prior to joining Swiss Life AM, Eric was CIO and deputy managing director at CCR-GESTION (UBS group) for 13 years. Previously, Eric worked for Segespar in the position of the Head of institutional investors bond funds, Saintoin roulet as the Head of Interest rate funds management department, and Union Parisienne de Gestion, where he started his carreer as Junior bond fund manager.

Pierre Guillemin, as a Managing Director at Swiss Life Asset Management , is responsible for Asset Allocation and Equity funds and mandates.
From 2004 until 2010, he was in charge of Alternative Investments covering Private equity and Hedge Funds investments. From 1996 until 2003, he was Head of Asset Management and Deputy-CEO at Swiss Life Asset Management (France).
Pierre Guillemin is graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris (Msc in Engineering), Université des Sciences Paris VII (DEA, statistics and stochastic processes) and HEC Lausanne (MBA).

Pascal Caperon began his career in 1985 as Engineer at the “Université du Havre”.
In 1987, he joined the “Caisse d’Epargne” where he had different functions, the last one from 1992 to 1998 as Head of Financial Risks Analysis.
In 1998, he joined Atos Origin as Head of Risk Activity (Advisor in Risk and ALM approach, Software distribution).
Pascal Caperon joined Swiss Life in 2003 as Head of Investment Risk Management.
In 2006 he became Head of Risk Management for Swiss Life France and member of the ALM committee.
In 2008 he became CRO and COO in the Asset Management subsidiary of SwissLife France and member of the management board.
In the Group organisation he is Head of TPAM Risk Management.

Frédéric Bôl founded Viveris REIM, real estate portofolio management company for third parties at the end of 2007.
He has been given the responsibility of the real estate management for third parties for SwissLife in November 2011.
Professional Experience: Frédéric Bôl was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the insurance company Prémalliance (AG2R-La Mondiale) and Chairman of the investment and management company Prado Epargne for 10 years.
