Swiss Life Property Management

Swiss Life Property Management AG (SLPM) is responsible for the entire management of the directly (Swiss Life AG) and indirectly (Swissville) held real estate portfolio in Switzerland as well as the assetmanagement for third party real estate vehicles (Anlagestiftung, Funds tbd).
Currently SLPM has Assets under Management of CHF 12.5 Mrd. in Switzerland. SLPM also coordinates  the Group-wide management of real estate assets.

This business embraces the sustainable management of residential, office and retail properties (letting policy); the planning, coordinating and carrying out of refurbishments and new construction, the acquisition and development of properties, and the accounting and controlling required for all these activities.

Livit AG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swiss Life Investment Management Holding AG ("SLIM") and focuses on operational facility management. It is present in eleven cities throughout Switzerland and manages the Swiss Life portfolio as well third-party mandates.

Alltogether SLPM and Livit employ over 400 real estate experts in Switzerland.

VIVERIS REIM

Founded in 2007, as an independent portfolio management company for third parties, Viveris REIM is specialized in real asset investment management with 2,7 Billion Euros of assets under management at end of 2011. Pioneer of the OPCI market, VIVERIS REIM manages 17 OPCI of which 1 for retail clients. VIVERIS REIM has been able to develop its specific expertise in the sphere dedicated fund or Club Deal structuring, asset management, fund raising and Management and the transformation of an SCI Acavi in a mass market OPCI eligible to life insurance.

- Fund raising: Constitution of several Club Deals based on strong convictions, bringing together institutional investors.

In order to focus on its core competence, Viveris REIM draws on the skills of a network of experts and usesan open process to select its service providers with full independence, in agreement with its clients and in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Since 2011, Swiss Life holds a 67% majority stake in Viveris REIM.
